SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up on item creation on Oracle with a base of item use and nature.
- Shipment verifying requisition versus receiving and entry on software.
- Conduct periodic counts and physical verification of inventory.
- Ensure the availability of stocks for installation/troubleshooting/upselling/expansion.
- Maintain proper control of inventory at branch warehouse and sub locators.
- Verifying the reports of logistics and reporting to management.
- Proper Documentation, record keeping and verification with the base of Logistic guidelines.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- At least intermediate completed with 6 months of experience in WorldLink.
- Overall knowledge of purchase and inventory on Oracle software as well as physical.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about inventory items.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Must have own two-wheeler.
