Documents and Other Information Candidates Must Bring for the Interview:
- Candidates are required to present the following original documents along with one self-attested copy of each document in a file:
a) Nepali Citizenship Certificate,
b) Admit Card,
c) Permanent Teaching License,
d) Academic transcripts and character certificates for the required minimum qualifications and, if applicable, higher qualifications related to the subject and level,
e) Equivalency Certificate for degrees obtained from foreign institutions,
f) A recent passport-sized photo,
g) Temporary appointment letter for candidates currently employed in a teaching position,
h) Certificates of teacher-related training. - Candidates who have been serving continuously in temporary or relief grant quota teaching positions must bring an original service certification letter issued by the Chief of the Education Development and Coordination Unit or the Education Branch Head of the respective local authority.
- Candidates must submit a properly filled-out personal details form provided by the Commission or available on the Commission’s website, along with photocopies of all required original documents and service certification documents prepared for submission.
- Candidates failing to bring the original documents listed above will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
- If any candidate is found trying to influence the interview process by lobbying, making phone calls, or offering personal favors to secure success, the Commission reserves the right to cancel their application.
- The scheduled interview program will not be altered or postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
- If the necessary minimum qualifications, subject requirements, total marks, or any other required documents are found incomplete, the application of such candidates may be canceled at any time as per Rule 26(1) of the Teacher Service Commission Regulations, 2057.
- In case of any errors in the published results, they will be rectified by cross-verifying with the Commission’s records. Additional information regarding this can be obtained from the Commission’s website: www.tsc.gov.np.
- **Candidates who are not satisfied with the written exam results and wish to apply for re-evaluation must submit their application by 2081/10/17 during office hours. A fee of Rs. 250 must be deposited in the revenue account of the National Commercial Bank under the following details:
