- Communicate Skillfully: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English, both in person and digitally.
Qualifications and Skills
The HR Manager should possess:
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience in human resource management.
- The ability to initiate and manage activities independently while handling a high volume of tasks.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Nepali and English.

Key Responsibilities
The HR Manager’s primary responsibilities include:
- Ensure implementation of Human Resource Policy and Strategy of the organization.
- Oversee all HR Operations and ensure continued improvement.
- Ensure HR support for the hospital and hubs to function efficiently.
Additional Expectations
The HR Manager will also be responsible for:
- Employee Contract Management.
- Preparing Payroll information.
- Supporting Finance in budgeting.
- Developing HR analytics and reporting.
