The organization operates in coordination & Collaboration with various donors and government agencies across districts in Karnali Province (Dailekh, Salyan, Jumla ,Kalikot, Surkhet, Jajarkot and Rukum-West,) Sudurpaschim Province ( Achham)) and Lumbini Province (Dang, Kapilbastu) SOSEC Nepal strives to foster positive socio-economic and cultural change. SOSEC Nepal is going to implement SAHAYATRA III Project in partnership with Save the Children in Chamunda Bindrasaini Municipality in Dailekh district. SOSEC Nepal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as different positions for SAHAYATRA III to secure rural vulnerable children’s rights to education, protection, resilience, and sexual and reproductive health, leaving no child behind. The organization is seeking qualified and experienced human resource for the following position
Position: Field Officer- Education -2(Two)

Contract Duration: Long term position, renewal in annual basic
Direct reports to: PC Education
Matrix Reports: Program Manager, Thematic PC
Report to this position: Mentors/facilitators under SAHAYATRA III Project

Summary of the Post: The Field Officer- Education is responsible for overall management of Education interventions in respective wards of Chamunda Bindrasaini Municipality Dailekh. S/He will work in close coordination and collaboration with different relevant stakeholders of ward level. S/He is also responsible for ensuring quality delivery of the project at implementing sites by maximizing the impact as per the organization plan and project strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Education or relevant discipline with two year of experience in Education project (preferably Early Grade Reading, Inclusive Education, School Safety, and/or Community based advocacy projects)
- At least 2 years working experience in Education
