Positions and Requirements

1. Position: Assistant Manager
   • Number of Vacancies: 1
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
     • Experience in lending and loan recovery.
     • Proficiency in PEARLS monitoring system.
     • Good knowledge of computer operations (Word & Excel).
     • Valid driving license for a motorcycle.
   • Responsibilities: Management and office-related tasks as per the rules of the cooperative.
   • Salary: As per cooperative rules.
2. Position: Loan Assistant / Junior Assistant (Reception)
   • Number of Vacancies: 1/2
   • Qualifications:
     • Minimum +2 (Intermediate) level or equivalent.
     • Preference for candidates with prior experience in the cooperative or banking sector.
     • Ability to handle client relations effectively.
     • Valid driving license for a motorcycle.
   • Responsibilities: Assistance in loan processing and customer service.
   • Salary: Negotiable as per experience and qualifications.
3. Position: Market Representative
   • Number of Vacancies: 1
   • Qualifications:
     • Minimum SEE or equivalent.
     • Previous experience in market representation is preferred.
     • Ability to perform marketing tasks and customer interaction.
     • Valid driving license for a motorcycle.
   • Responsibilities: Market outreach and client engagement.
   • Salary: As per cooperative rules.
4. Position: Trainee Staff
   • Number of Vacancies: 2
   • Qualifications:
     • Minimum +2 (Intermediate) level or equivalent.
     • Willingness to learn and perform various tasks.
     • Good communication skills.
     • Valid driving license for a motorcycle.
   • Responsibilities: Assisting in various cooperative functions.
