Shakti Group has been conducting anti-trafficking campaigns focusing on human rights, human rights, social justice as well as human trafficking reduction, prevention, protection, capacity building and livelihood issues for women affected by human trafficking and high-risk teenagers and girls.

Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Graduated with at least 6 months of training in counseling and three years of work experience in anti-human trafficking and child protection.
Additional Qualifications Candidates Should Possess for Related Jobs:
- Having the ability to support mental health by providing proper counseling services to the beneficiaries and target groups of the project.
- Having skills related to social mobilization.
- Able to work in coordination and cooperation with local bodies.
- Able to speak and write in English and Nepali language with computer knowledge.
- Having the ability to mobilize children and youth groups at the local level.
- Skilled in psychosocial counseling related training, facilitation, data analysis, management, monitoring and evaluation.
- Able to prepare reports.
