Public Service Commission, Central Office (Advertisement No. 16701–16707/2081–82, Open/Inclusive), under the Joint and Integrated Examination System, will conduct the first phase written examination for the post of Nepal Foreign Service, Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Branch Officer or equivalent, at the Kathmandu Examination Center.

This notice is published to inform all concerned that the examination for candidates whose applications have been approved will be held on the specified date, time, and examination centers.

In addition, candidates who require a supporting writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the exam date, along with documents stating the reason and valid proof, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079 B.S.

Important Instructions (Notice 1)

1. The exam will not be postponed unless officially announced by the commission.
2. You must use a black ink pen (dot pen only) on the OMR answer sheet.
3. Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the exam hall. Calculators are also not allowed.
4. Admit card is required. Without it, you will not be allowed to take the exam. Please arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour early.
5. Along with the admit card, bring a valid photo ID like citizenship or a government-issued identity card.
6. Due to health safety, candidates must bring their own mask, hand sanitizer, and drinking water.
