Position: Chief of Staff

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Department: Customer Experience, Admin & Security

Main Responsibility Areas:

  1. Supervise, lead, and guide Customer Experience, Administration & Security, and CEO’s office functions at Ncell.
  2. Develop Customer Experience strategy, vision, and roadmap for the organization with short-term and long-term perspectives.
  3. Ensure Customer Experience initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer journey.
  5. Establish strong cross-functional partnerships within Ncell to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  6. Ensure a robust feedback analysis and continuous improvement process:
    • Utilize customer feedback, data analytics, and market trends for improvement.
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure robust technology integration:
    • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize customer interactions.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in customer experience.
  8. Foster and maintain a customer-centric culture at all levels of the company.
  9. Ensure the security of all Ncell physical assets and premises/facilities efficiently.
  10. Understand the security scenario of the country, particularly Ncell operation locations, and guide Ncell Management and employees.
  11. Ensure superior planning and execution of security measures in line with the security environment of Ncell operation locations.
  12. Uphold stringent health and safety protocols, manage financial aspects, including budgets, and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  13. Identify areas for greater efficiency, cost-saving, and optimization of physical infrastructure.

Qualification and Experience:

  • MBA degree with 20+ years of experience in a similar capacity with leadership and strategy direction in Customer Experience, and other managerial roles in telecom, IT, and electronic industries.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Telecom or related business.
  • International exposure is an added advantage.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic/changing macro/micro-economic environment.
  • Ability to get action and commitment from others by forging good relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate the business strategy of the organization into clear goals to direct the time & effort of the functional/business unit.
