Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute key sourcing tasks.
- Develop innovative sourcing methods and contracts.
- Assist in strategic planning and resource cooperation.
- Review project resources and timelines.
- Distribute best practices and industry benchmarks.
- Participate in internal and external analyses.
- Define market and category research requirements.
- Implement SRM and P2P strategies.
- Analyze and prioritize category practices and projects.
- Provide analytical support for vendor screening and selection.
- Develop and manage RFX processes.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Monitor and report vendor performance.
- Identify and analyze contract improvement opportunities.
- Engage stakeholders in sourcing projects.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree: Management or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Management or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.

- Understanding beyond own work area.
- Proactive customer feedback and effective communication.
