Corporate Role: Branch Manager

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales/Deposit Management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.
- Able to lead the branch towards achieving goals/targets.
- Able to lead, mentor, and groom team members to create better output.
- Have good knowledge of product and the competitive market with sound working relationships with clients.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
Corporate Role: Assistant Relationship Manager
- Location: All Province/Region
- Level: Up to Officer Level
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales/Deposit management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.
- Have good knowledge of product and the competitive market with sound relationships with clients.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Corporate Role: Service Manager
- Location: All Province/Region
- Level: Up to Senior Assistant Level
Requirements:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in the Operation department of Banking and Financial Institutions.
- Able to control and ensure smooth and efficient operations of the branch.
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Support branch manager by overseeing and ensuring the efficient operation of the branch.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Corporate Role: Contractual Staff
- Location: All Province/Region
Requirements:
- A minimum of two months internship at Bank and Financial Institutions.
- A Minimum of 50% in Bachelors (Management/Economics or related field).
- Age not exceeding 28 years for contractual staff.
- Any experience as contract or outsourced staff in BFI’s shall be an added advantage.
