Position: Inreach Worker

Key responsibilities:-
- Identify FIDUs in Sunsari Districts based on Dharan Drop in Centre.
- Provide NSP program intervention on need basis.
- Provide basic level of emotional support to individual, family and group as needed in coordination with program officer.
- Assist Program Officer to conduct awarness classes, Community Orientation (Community and frontline workers), group interventions, WEG sessions, SGBV activities, community-based events/activities.
- Refer individuals and families in need of advanced level of counselling and provide.
- Prepare daily diary, daily log sheet, and monthly compilation sheet in accordance with individual target and share to Program Officer for ONHIS entry.
- Identify cases of substance use disorder and refer them to JAS counselors, for further intervention.
- Conduct CLT and provide referral for ART.
- Carry out any other activities assigned by JAS Nepal.
Requirements: –
- +2 Complete
- Most have knowledge on HIV and Women who use drugs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have goof reporting skills.
- Priorities will be given to the person who belong to the same background.
