International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following positions, INF Nepal, Green Pastures Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre, Pokhara is seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.
1. Position: Bio-Medical Equipment Technician (Re- Vacancy)
Required Number: 1
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible for executing planned preventive maintenance and timely repairs of all medical equipment in the hospital to ensure patient safety, equipment reliability and availability in the GPH Complex.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have a diploma in Bio-Medical Equipment Engineering (DBEE) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A diploma in Bio-Medical Equipment Engineering from the Nepal Health Training Centre is an advantage.
- Strong interest in biomedical engineering and medical devices.
- Ability to think analytically and logically to diagnose complex devices and solve problems.
- Ability to gain new knowledge and skills continuously.
- Internal drive and willingness to keep learning and develop their own knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds, disciplines and educational backgrounds.
- High level of honesty in all matters.
- Ability to prioritize and work to a deadline.
- Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
