International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services.

INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following position, Shining Hospital Banke, is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.

Position: Community Facilitator

Required Number: 2

Location: Shining Hospital Nepalgunj, Banke

Purpose of the Job:

To Facilitate community level awareness campaigns, case identification and referral, Community mobilization for early case detection and timely treatment of leprosy. Local level coordination with concerned stakeholders and government agencies.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Must have completed Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) or Community Medicine Assistant (CMA) registered with the respective Council in Nepal.
  • Must have at least 6 months of work experience in the field of community mobilization.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with mobilization of diverse community groups.
  • Basic organizational skills to assist in planning and executing community outreach activities.
  • Proficiency in local languages and dialects prevalent in the targeted communities is an advantage.
  • Having own bicycle, scooter or motorcycle with required valid license is an advantage.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of marginalized communities and a commitment to INF’s Vision, Mission and Values.
