International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a non-governmental organization established in 1952 and serves to enable the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to live a fulfilling life through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces of Nepal.

Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Objectives:
In order to enable the organization to maintain and improve its position as a good employer and an effective and efficient NGO, the employer should plan and execute, especially for employment related matters among the employees in INF Nepal. He should encourage, promote and ensure standardization of implementation of employment policies. To achieve this, HRD is associated with the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Required:
Post Graduate Degree in Management preferably in I/NGO and Healthcare setting with minimum five years experience in People Management.
A master’s degree in management specializing in human resource management is an advantage.
Must have a strong understanding of HR best practices, HR information systems, labor laws, and regulations, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
Must have the analytical ability to make informed decisions and the ability to drive HR processes in accordance with the organizational strategic plan and direction.
Good command of written and spoken English and Nepali with translation.
Good facilitation and negotiation skills.
The INF must be willing and able to travel to remote project areas in Nepal.
Good understanding and agreement of the values important to INF Nepal, serving the purpose with honesty and equality.

Job Objectives:
The job holder is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the financial unit at GPH to ensure that it remains effective in meeting organizational requirements for financial management and reporting in accordance with the agreed annual plan. Additionally, the job holder is required to assist the Finance Manager/Coordinator and other managers and those in charge of GPH by providing financial information and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree in management with a major in finance or accounting with at least three years of work experience in accounting and financial management in a similar role.
Experience in I/NGO leadership and finance management is an advantage.
Good knowledge of computerized accounting systems and the use of spreadsheets, advanced skills in accounting software and Excel are an advantage.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well with people, including expatriates.
Maintain a high level of integrity in all matters.
Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines.
Able to uphold and demonstrate INF Nepal values at work and in dealing with others.
