Green Tara Nepal (GTN), for Contribute to improve maternal, newborn and adolescent health Project funded by Enfants du Monde, invites sealed quotations from registered firm /supplier’s, agents or company for Printing of documents.
Eligible Bidder may obtain further information and inspect the Quotation forms in the link below of this notice at the web portal of JobsNepal.com Pvt. Ltd. From 28th March 2024 to 8th April 2024.

Sealed Bid Document must be submitted to the Green Tara Nepal, Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar Kathmandu on and before 12:00 (noon) of 8th April 2024 along with a copy of up-to-date Firm/Company Registration Certificate, VAT and PAN Registration Certificates and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2079/80 BS. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
Each page of standard bid document must be signed by the authorized representative of the organization and must include common seal (Stamp) of the organization.
Quotation must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening of the document
Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives (if are present during the process time) who choose to attend on 9th April 2024, Tuesday at 2 PM at the office of Green Tara Nepal, Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal.
If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening of sealed quotation falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
GTN reserves the right to accept or reject, fully or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
