Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Business
- 5 years of Experience
Job Description
- Act as a liaison between the stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with the team to define the product roadmap, focusing on critical features and final product release.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including users, business leaders, and developers
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the product team
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product
- Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on user needs and business goals
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Continuously monitor and manage the project’s technical risks and issues, providing timely solutions
Skill & Experience
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Planner)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge in Fintech Business
- Experience in QA is a plus
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
