Community Development Society (CDS) Employee Requirement Information

Community Development Society (CDS), over the past 22 years, has been working to engage communities at risk in the mainstream of development and enhance their comprehensive development. Along with fostering competitive capacities for development, CDS has been working in various sectors of livelihood, health and sanitation, environmental protection, disaster risk reduction education, social security, and inclusion, as well as institutional strengthening and deepening in the field of sustainable development. In this context, the organization has been conducting the Women and Child Empowerment: Health and Sanitation Project Phase IV, from April 2024 to December 2026, with financial support from Pharmaciens Sans Frontiers (PSF), Luxembourg, and terre des hommes (tdh) Germany, in Khanda Devi Rural Municipality of Ramechhap District. Therefore, in order to serve the targeted community with special attention and respect, and to meet the needs of the dedicated and enthusiastic targeted community, qualified and experienced staff are required. Hence, this notice is published.

3Conducting and facilitating discussions, seminars, training programs to improve public health literacy including sexual and reproductive health, nutrition, hygiene, shelter, maternal and child safety, breastfeeding, breastfeeding, clean and limited menstruation, epidemics, venereal diseases, in the community and school.

To conduct discussions, awareness and training related to health and sanitation.

To increase awareness about community health problems, their preventive measures as well as the health services available.

To support the operation of medical desk in the school, first aid training as well as capacity development of the trained students and teachers.

To provide necessary support for running health camps.

To make necessary coordination with ward, ward level health institution, school and other stakeholders.
Recognized educational institution and passed PCL Nursing and got registered with Nursing Council or passed Certificate in General Medicine or Health Assistant and got registered with NHPC.

3 years work experience.

Good knowledge regarding MS Office package.

Communication coordination skills.

Able to drive a vehicle (dui pangre).
