Community Development Society (CDS), over the past 22 years, has been working to engage communities at risk in the mainstream of development and enhance their comprehensive development. Along with fostering competitive capacities for development, CDS has been working in various sectors of livelihood, health and sanitation, environmental protection, disaster risk reduction education, social security, and inclusion, as well as institutional strengthening and deepening in the field of sustainable development. In this context, the organization has been conducting the Women and Child Empowerment: Health and Sanitation Project Phase IV, from April 2024 to December 2026, with financial support from Pharmaciens Sans Frontiers (PSF), Luxembourg, and terre des hommes (tdh) Germany, in Khanda Devi Rural Municipality of Ramechhap District. Therefore, in order to serve the targeted community with special attention and respect, and to meet the needs of the dedicated and enthusiastic targeted community, qualified and experienced staff are required.
