Position: Senior Admin and Finance Manager
Location: Sanepa, Head Office
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBS) or Master’s degree (MBA/MBS).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and account management, preferably in the development sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, especially Swastik, advanced Excel, and financial statement preparation.
- Expert knowledge in audit, review, verification techniques, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy in alignment with the foundation’s objectives.
- Provide leadership to the finance team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies, to ensure financial transparency, accountability, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the foundation’s budget, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Manage funds, investments, and other financial assets of the foundation.
- Ensure timely and adequate adherence to all legal and statutory compliances, maintaining checklists (including audit, SWC compliances, renewal of documents, etc.).
- Serve as the focal person for government liaison specifically on financial and admin issues/compliances.
- Conduct statutory audits.
