Job Vacancy Notice: CDS Clearing Company Limited

CDS Clearing Company Limited, established under the Company Act and promoted by Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) in 2010, invites applications for various positions through internal, open, and inclusive competitive written examinations.

Important Dates:

• Last date for submission of application: 05/09/2080
• Double fee payment deadline: 12/09/2080
• Age limit: 21 to 35 years (40 for women and persons with disabilities)

Type of Exam:

• Written, Practical, and Interview (General Side Written and Interview only)
• Exam Center: Kathmandu
• Written Exam Date: To be scheduled by the Public Service Commission

Place of Submission: CDS & Clearing Ltd., Share Markets Commercial Complex, Putlisadak

Documents Required:

• Educational certificates
• Training and experience certificates
• Nepalese citizenship copy
• Inclusive group opening document (if applicable)
• Equivalency certificate (for qualifications from foreign countries)
• For experienced positions, details certified by the head of the office/organization

Minimum Qualification Required:

1. Deputy Manager (Internal) and Senior Officer (Internal) in Securities Market:
   • Post-graduate degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Public Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar subjects.
   • Chartered accountancy qualification.
   • Minimum four years of permanent service in a position below one level in CDSC.
2. Official Positions:
   • Post-graduate degree in securities market, management, finance, economics, commerce, business administration, public administration, computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or similar subjects.
3. I.T. Authorized BE Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
4. Senior Assistant:
   • Bachelor’s degree in securities market, management, finance, economics, commerce, business administration, public administration, computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or similar subjects.
5. Senior Computer Operator:
   • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or related subjects.
