Job Vacancy Announcement: Finance and Subgrants Monitoring Officer
CARE Nepal, an international NGO dedicated to fighting poverty and inequality, invites applications for the role of Finance and Subgrants Monitoring Officer based in Janakpur. This position is part of the USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH) project, focusing on empowering adolescents to attain their reproductive health rights and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual plan for monitoring partners and coordinate its implementation.
- Conduct rigorous monitoring of sub-grantees to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in partner capacity building and ensure budget compliance.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and ensure financial efficiency.
