Notice for the Position of Executive Director at Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology invites applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the position of Executive Director at Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited. This notice is published for interested candidates to submit their applications in accordance with the prescribed criteria.

Application Criteria:

1. Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 35 years old and not older than 65 years.
2. Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold at least a master’s degree in management, economics, law, information technology, electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer engineering, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution.
3. Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in a managerial position in the telecommunications sector or a government-owned or financially invested organization. Those with experience in executive roles are highly preferred.
4. Tenure: The tenure of the Executive Director will be in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of the Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited.

Required Documents:

1. Application form with cover letter.
2. Copy of Nepalese citizenship certificate.
3. Detailed bio-data including educational and professional experience.
4. Copies of academic certificates (with equivalence certificates for foreign degrees).
5. Copies of professional certificates (highlighting relevant experience).
6. A 5,000-word business plan in Nepali or English, A4 size, typed and addressing organizational goals.
7. A self-declaration of no financial or criminal misconduct, with contact details.
8. A recent passport-sized photograph.
