Documents Required for the Interview and Additional Information:

  1. Documents to Submit:
    Candidates must bring the original documents and submit one self-attested copy of each, arranged in a file:
    • Citizenship Certificate
    • Admit Card (Exam Entry Slip)
    • Permanent Teaching License
    • Educational Certificates and Transcripts (minimum qualification and, if applicable, higher-level qualifications) along with a Character Certificate
    • Equivalency Certificate (if the degree is obtained from a foreign institution)
    • Recent passport-sized photo
    • Temporary appointment letter (if currently working as a teacher)
    • Certificate of teacher training
  2. Service Verification Letter:
    Candidates who have worked continuously in temporary or grant-based teaching positions must submit a service verification letter certified by the Head of the Education Development and Coordination Unit or the Head of the Education Department of the concerned local authority.
  3. Submission Requirements:
    All original certificates, service verification documents, and the personal details form provided by the Commission (or available on the Commission’s website) must be submitted along with the supporting documents.
  4. Important Note:
    Candidates who fail to bring the required original documents will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
  5. Prohibited Actions:
    Any candidate found attempting to influence the interview process through recommendations, phone calls, or personal persuasion will have their exam invalidated by the Commission.
  6. Interview Schedule:
    The interview schedule will not be changed or postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
  7. Eligibility and Required Documents:
    If a candidate fails to meet the minimum qualifications, subject requirements, full marks criteria, or other necessary document submissions, their application may be canceled at any time under Rule 26(1) of the Teacher Service Commission Regulations, 2057.
  8. Corrections in Results:
    Any errors found in the published results will be corrected after verifying the records available at the Commission.
