SEE Exam Registration Class 9 Registration Application Form 2081 Notice:
The announcement for the SEE Exam 2081 registration has been released by the National Examination Board (NEB). The notice, issued by the Rastriya Pariksha Board, pertains to the Class 9 registration form, and it has been published by the Government of Nepal, National Examination Board, Examination Control Office Class 10 in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
In the 2080 academic session, students in regular, traditional Sanskrit Vedvidyashram Gurukul Madrasa Gonpa, and technical streams in class 9 during the 2079 academic session must complete the registration form between Kartik 24, 2080, and the end of Mangsir 2080 to be considered for inclusion in the 2081 Regular Secondary Education Examination (SEE). This information is disseminated for the awareness of students, schools, local education division branches, education development and coordination units, national examination board state and branch offices, and education development directorate.
For students in ordinary, traditional, and technical streams currently in class 9, regular students must have passed the annual exam of class 8 or its equivalent in the arithmetic system.
The NEB Notice for filling the registration form for SEE 2080 states that the Class 9 Registration Form can be filled from Kartik 24, 2080, to the end of Mangsir 2080. The form can be obtained from the EDCU District Office. Double fees are applicable for submissions from Poush 1 to Poush 15, 2080. The regular fee is Rs 300, and the double late fee is Rs 600, with the Revenue Rajashwo Title number being 14223.
In the case of the letter marking system from 2072-2077, a minimum D+ grade in compulsory subjects, a grade sheet with a minimum D grade in 2078, 2079, and a copy of the birth certificate (attested by the principal with a recent passport-size photograph in school uniform at the specified place) must be submitted between Kartik 24, 2080, and the end of Mangsir 2080.
The NEB, Examination Control Office (Class 10), has initiated the registration form for Class 9, urging schools to complete the form without delay. Schools are responsible for registering, organizing, and verifying student information. The form can be filled at the regular fee until Mangsir Last and at double fees from Poush 1 to Poush 15, 2080. Those who have completed the 8th class through the alphabetic system or passed the equivalent annual examination can fill the form, according to NEB.
Students from 2072 to 2077 need to submit their grade sheet and birth certificate with a minimum D Plus grade in compulsory subjects and a minimum D grade in 2078 and 2079. Schools should submit the form to the relevant education development and coordination unit along with student details. The education development and coordination unit will then send details, including the registration number, to the relevant education development directorate, related schools, and the concerned municipality on a school basis.
During the registration form filling, students should only mention the school they are studying at regularly. If found filled by more than one school/district/place, both sides of the form will be automatically canceled. Double registration is prohibited, and if done later, the examination will be canceled, with the responsible person being accountable for the institution.
As specified in the registration form, the space for the 12-digit registration number should be left blank. After receiving the registration number from the Education Development and Coordination Unit, the school will be provided with half-boards. The registration form is available at the concerned education and coordination unit. If unavailable, it can be downloaded from the Examination Control Office Class 10 website www.see.gov.np or the National Examination Board website www.neb.gov.np.
