Lok Sewa Aayog Kharidar Second Phase Exam Centers Khotang Notice
The Public Service Commission, Khotang Office, announces that all candidates who have passed the first phase of the competitive written examination (Advertisement No. 10952–10957/081-82, open and inclusive category) for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Assistant (Kharidar) or equivalent, will now take part in the second phase written examination.
The exam will be conducted as per the pre-determined schedule, at the date, time, and location mentioned below. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Note: Instructions That Must Be Followed by Examinees
(a) Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination without their admit card. Therefore, they must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the exam begins with the original admit card. Those who require a duplicate admit card must collect it from this office one day before the examination.
(b) On the day of the examination, candidates must bring an original certificate of Nepali citizenship or any government-issued photo identity card. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
(c) Mobile phones, electronic devices, and bags are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
(d) Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed for writing in the examination.
(e) Examinees must not engage in any inappropriate or undisciplined behavior in the examination hall or restrooms.
(f) All instructions provided by the assigned examination personnel must be strictly followed.
(g) Candidates who require a writing assistant must submit a formal request to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079 B.S. The request must include valid reasons and supporting documents.
