The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, has published this notice to inform all concerned that the written examination for the post of Staff Nurse (Assistant Level 5) under Nepal Health Service, General Nursing Group, Advertisement No. 12043–12046/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), will be conducted at the Kathmandu exam center on the specified date, time, and location.
Candidates who need a scribe (assistant writer) must submit an application with valid reasons and supporting documents. The application must be submitted to the Commission at least 10 (ten) days before the exam date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
All candidates are required to follow the important examination instructions listed below.

- Duration: 45 minutes
- Second Paper
- Subject: Service-related Knowledge (Job-Based Knowledge)
- Type: Subjective
- Date & Time: 2082/02/06, 2:15 PM
- Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes
Written Exam Centers:
- Candidates with roll numbers from 310001 to 310200 will attend the exam at:
- Texash College (A), Mitrapark, Chabahil
- Candidates with roll numbers from 310201 to 310368, including all female candidates from backward areas, will attend the exam at:
- Texash College (B), Mitrapark, Chabahil
Important Notes
- Candidates must take the exam only at their assigned centers.
- No candidate may use calculators, digital watches, mobile phones, or other electronic devices in the exam hall.
- For objective (MCQ) questions, answers must be written in capital letters (A, B, C, D).
- Candidates must present their admission card and a valid government-issued ID.
- Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the exam center.
- Candidates must comply with all health and safety protocols.
