PSC Hetauda Senior Game Scout Exam Center

The Public Service Commission, Hetauda Office, has published a notice regarding the written examination for the post of Senior Game Scout under the Nepal and Wildlife Group (Ne.Pa. & Wa.La.), Technical, Second Class Gazette Officer as per Advertisement No. 12559–12560/081–82 (Open and Women Category). The exam will be held at the Hetauda exam center. All applicants who submitted their application forms and selected Hetauda as their exam location are informed that the exam will be conducted on the specified date, time, and venue mentioned in the official notice.

Candidates who require a helper writer (assistant) must submit a request to the office at least 10 days before the exam date, along with a valid reason and supporting documents. This must be done in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

All candidates must strictly follow the instructions provided under the “Important Notes” section of the notice.

First Paper

Second Paper

  • Subject: Job-Based Knowledge

  • Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes

Exam Center

  • Venue: Shree Makwanpur Multiple Campus, Hetauda
  • All applicants who selected Hetauda as the exam center will attend the exam here.

Important Instructions

  • The exam will not be postponed even if the date falls on an unexpected public holiday.
  • Admit card is mandatory. Candidates must bring a valid photo ID, such as a Nepali citizenship certificate or any government-issued ID, along with the admit card.
  • Only black ink pens are allowed. Pencils are not permitted in the objective answer sheet.
  • For multiple-choice questions, answers must be marked using capital letters (A, B, C, D).
  • Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam begins.
  • Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
  • Candidates can only attend the exam at the assigned center—no exceptions.
