The Public Service Commission (PSC), Butwal Office has published an important notice regarding the first phase of the written examination for the post of Lekhapaal (Accountant). According to Advertisement No. 13801/081–82 (Open Category) from the PSC Butwal Office, the exam will be held at the Dang exam center. All candidates whose applications were approved and who chose Dang as their exam location are informed that the written exam will be conducted on the specified date, time, and venue as per the pre-scheduled program.
Candidates must reach their assigned exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts and must carry their admit card. Those who need a helper writer (assistant) must submit an application with valid reasons and documents at least 10 days before the exam date, following Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

Important Instructions
- The exam will not be postponed even if the exam date falls on a public holiday.
- Candidates must use only black ink pens. Pencils or gel pens are not allowed in the answer sheet.
- Candidates cannot bring books, documents, bags, calculators, mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic devices inside the exam hall.
- Entry to the exam will be allowed only with a valid admit card. Along with it, candidates must bring an original photo ID such as a citizenship certificate or a government-issued identification.
- Only those who selected Dang as their exam center will be allowed to participate. Others will not be permitted to join the exam at this center.
- Candidates should arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam begins.
- If any candidate requires a helper writer (assistant), they must apply at least 10 days before the exam, with valid reasons and supporting documents. This must comply with Rule 68(1) of the PSC Regulation, 2079.
