Position: Administration Assistant
We are seeking an ideal candidate for this role, one who can exemplify excellence in administrative skills, boast exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, and demonstrate a proactive approach to prioritize daily tasks. This multifaceted position requires the ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks, from overseeing repairs and maintenance to effectively managing them.
- Handle procurement and maintain store/inventory management, with a keen eye on vendor management.
- Ensure that all files are organized according to our office protocol.
- Provide ad hoc support to various teams within the office as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
