The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, hereby publishes this notice for all concerned, regarding the written examination program for the second phase of candidates who have passed the preliminary eligibility examination held at the Kathmandu examination center, as mentioned in the advertisement number, position, service, group, published in detail on the notice dated 2080.09.06 of Nepal Rastra Bank. Additionally, candidates requiring assistant writers are requested to submit their application along with necessary documents, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, at this office within 10 (ten) days from the date of commencement of the examination. The subjects that candidates must compulsorily adhere to are outlined in clause 1 below.

Notice 1:

The examination will not be postponed due to unexpected leave on the day of examination without prior notice from the Commission.
Only black ink is to be used in the examination.
Bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card, and they must arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the scheduled time.
Along with the admit card for the examination, candidates must bring their citizenship or any identification issued by the Government of Nepal, along with a photo.
Candidates will not be accommodated in any examination hall other than the designated one.
Due to contagious diseases, candidates are required to arrange their own masks, sanitizers, and drinking water for their purposes.
