Revised Exam Schedule and Centers for Technical Engineer (Electrical) Level 7 – Fiscal Year 2081/82 Nepal Electricity Authority
The Public Service Commission (PSC) informs all concerned that the first paper written exam for several Level 7 Technical Service posts at the Nepal Electricity Authority—under both Open and Inclusive categories—has been rescheduled. The exam, originally planned for Jestha 15, 2081, will now take place on new dates, with updated times and revised exam centers as shown in the latest schedule.
This updated notice, released by Lok Sewa Aayog (PSC), applies to candidates who have applied for various engineering positions under the Technical Services – Level 7 for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The positions include roles in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, and Environmental Engineering.

Due to changes in the exam schedule, the first paper (General/Technical) and second paper (Subject-related) exams for several positions have been revised with new dates, timings, and centers.

Exam Rules & Guidelines
- Admit Card is mandatory to enter the exam hall.
- Reach the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam.
- Bring any official photo ID (Citizenship, Passport, etc.) along with the admit card.
- Use only black ink pen for writing.
- Mobile phones, bags, electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam center.
- Multiple-choice questions should be answered using capital letters (A, B, C, D) only.
- If you’re differently-abled and need assistance, you must inform the commission at least 10 days before the exam.
- Exams will not be postponed unless an official notice is issued by the commission.
