Notice Second Phase Written Examination – Nayab Subba or Equivalent Post (Lahan Exam Center)

Notice of the Public Service Commission, Jaleswar Office, Advertisement No. 11301-11306/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), R.P. Un. First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or similar posts, setting up a Lahan examination center for all the candidates who have passed the first stage examination and have been selected for the second stage written examination.
According to the notice issued by the Public Service Commission (Examination Operations Branch), Notice No. 1009/2081-82 dated 2081/10/30, all candidates (except those in the Account Group) who passed the first phase exam for Advertisement No. 11301-11306/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) under the joint and integrated exam system of the Justice and Administration Service for the Gazetted Unclassified First Class (Non-Technical) post – Nayab Subba or equivalent, and selected for the second phase written examination, are informed that the exam will be held as per the previously scheduled date, time, and venue at the Lahan Exam Center.
Candidates who require a supporting writer (assistant) must submit an application with a valid reason and relevant documents in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079, at least 10 days before the examination date.
All examinees must arrive at the assigned exam venue at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
The important exam guidelines that candidates must follow are mentioned in the “Instructions for Candidates” section.

Important Notes:
- The exam will not be postponed unless officially announced by the Commission in advance.
- Only black ink pens are allowed during the exam.
- Carrying bags, mobile phones, or any electronic devices into the exam hall is strictly prohibited.
- No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without an admit card. Please verify your service group as mentioned in the admit card and attend the third paper accordingly.
- Bring a valid photo ID (such as citizenship or any official ID issued by the Government of Nepal) along with your admit card.
- You must arrive at the exam venue at least 1 hour before the exam begins.
