Notice: Second Phase Written Exam – Nayab Subba or Equivalent Post (Birgunj Exam Center)

Notice of the Lok Sewa Aayog, Jaleswar Office Advertisement No. 11301-11306/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), R.P. Un. First Class (Non-Technical), Nayab Subba or similar posts, Birgunj Examination Center, for all the candidates who have passed the first stage examination and have been selected for the second stage written examination.
As per the Public Service Commission (Examination Operation Branch) Notice No. 1009/2081-82, dated 2081/10/30, this is to inform all candidates (except those from the Account Group) who passed the first phase examination for Advertisement No. 11301-11306/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), under the joint and integrated examination system of the Justice and Administration Service for the Gazetted Unclassified First Class (Non-Technical) post of Nayab Subba or equivalent, that the second phase written examination will be held on the scheduled date, time, and venue at Birgunj Exam Center.
Candidates who need a supporting writer (assistant) must submit a request with a valid reason and necessary documents, according to Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079. The application must be submitted at least 10 days before the exam date.
All candidates are required to arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
Important instructions that must be followed by all examinees are mentioned in the “Notice to Candidates” section.

Important Information:
- The exam will not be postponed without a formal notice from the Commission.
- Use only black ink pen for the exam.
- Bags, mobile phones, smart watches, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam center.
- Candidates must carry their admit card and an original photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.
- Admit cards approved during the first phase will be valid for the second phase as well.
- You must reach the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
