Official Notice – Second Phase Written Exam Centers for Kharidar Post (Non-Technical)

The Public Service Commission, Butwal Office announces that the Second Phase Written Examination will be conducted for candidates who passed the First Phase for the post of Kharidar or equivalent (Non-Technical, Second Class). This applies to Advertisement Nos. 13807–13812/081–82 (Open and Inclusive Category) under the Integrated Examination System, covering both the Nepal Justice Service – Judicial Group and Nepal Administration Service – General Administration/Accounts Group.

The examination will be held on the specified date, time and at the examination centre in Butwal. You may check your examination hall below.

Additionally, if any candidate requires a helper or writer, they must submit a written request explaining the reason, along with supporting documents, at least 10 days before the exam date, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the PSC Regulations, 2079.

Note:

1. Candidates should use only black ink dot pen/pencil in the answer sheet.
2. Since no candidate will be admitted to the examination without an admit card, they should arrive at the examination hall at least 1 hour before the examination starts with the admit card.
3. It is prohibited to bring bags, mobile phones and other electronic devices into the examination hall.
4. Even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
5. Candidates should bring their citizenship certificate issued by the concerned body or an original identity card with a photograph issued by the Government of Nepal along with the admit card.
6. The instructions given by the personnel deployed for the examination should be followed completely.
7. No candidate will be admitted to any examination hall other than the designated examination hall.
