According to Advertisement No. 10952–10957/081–82 (Open and Inclusive) issued by the Public Service Commission, under the Joint and Integrated Examination System for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent, the first phase written preliminary examination (objective type) will be conducted at the Diktel, Khotang exam center. This examination will be held on the specified date, time, and at the respective exam centers listed below for all eligible candidates whose applications have been approved. This notice is published to inform all concerned.

Important Instructions:
- Candidates must bring their admit card along with an original citizenship certificate or any government-issued photo identification and must be present at the exam venue at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
- Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any center other than the one assigned.
- Mobile phones, electronic devices, and bags are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
- Only black ink pens or dot pens must be used in the exam.
- Calculators are not allowed in the objective multiple-choice question exam.
- Candidates may leave the exam hall only after submitting their answer sheets.
- Exams will not be postponed as per the scheduled program without prior notice from the Commission.
- Candidates requiring assistant writers must submit a request along with valid documents and reasons, in accordance with Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079, at least 10 (ten) days before the exam date.
