Notice: Examination Center Established for Electrical Technician Written Exam (First Class – Technical)

The Public Service Commission (PSC), Hetauda, has published the examination center details for the upcoming written exam for the First Class (Technical), Electrical Technician post. This notice applies to all candidates who have submitted their applications under Advertisement No. 12010-12011/081-82 (Open and Madhesi category) for the Engineering Service, Electrical Group, General Electrical Sub-Group.

For Candidates Needing a Supporting Writer
Candidates who require a supporting writer (assistant) due to valid reasons must submit an application to the PSC Hetauda office at least 10 days before the exam date. This application must include:
- The reason for requiring support
- Official evidence or documentation
This request must be submitted as per Rule 68(1) of the Lok Sewa Aayog Rules, 2079 B.S.
Important Notes for Candidates
(a) If an unexpected public holiday falls on the exam day, the exam will not be postponed unless officially announced by the Commission.
(b) Entry into the exam hall will not be allowed without an admit card.
(c) Candidates must use black ink only in the exam. The use of pencils is strictly prohibited for answering in the objective answer sheet.
(d) For Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), only answers written in capital letters (A, B, C, D) will be accepted.
(e) Candidates must carry either their Citizenship Certificate or a valid government-issued photo ID (original copy) along with their admit card.
(f) Candidates must reach the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
(g) Mobile phones and all electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination building.
(h) Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any center other than the one assigned to them.
