Third Class (Non-Technical), Branch Officer or similar posts under the examination center Dipalaya Rakhi Online, the first phase of the competitive written examination of the candidates whose applications have been accepted will be conducted on the following date, time and place as per the pre-determined examination program of the Commission, and therefore this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Important Instructions:

The exam will not be postponed or rescheduled without prior notice, even in case of unexpected situations.
Without an admit card, candidates will not be allowed to take the exam.
Candidates must arrive at the exam hall at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
Mobile phones, smartwatches, bags, or electronic devices are not allowed inside the exam hall.
Only black ink pens should be used for the objective answer sheet.
Candidates must bring their original Nepali Citizenship Certificate or a government-issued photo ID along with their admit card.
