Baglung Examination Center Notice for First Phase Written Exam of Gazetteed Third Class (Non-Technical), Branch Officer – Public Service Commission Online Application Updates

The Public Service Commission, Central Office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, has issued this notice regarding Advertisement No. 16701-16707/081-82 (Open/Inclusive) under the Joint and Integrated Examination System. This examination covers the Nepal Administration, Audit, and Federal Parliament Services (excluding Foreign Affairs) for the Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical) Section Officer or an equivalent position.
Candidates who have submitted their online applications and received approval will take the first phase of the written examination as per the pre-determined schedule of the commission. The examination will be conducted on the specified date, time, and venue (exam center), as mentioned below. This notice is published to inform all concerned candidates. The mandatory instructions for examinees are outlined in the “Notes” section below.
Additionally, candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit a request along with valid reasons and supporting documents. As per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, the request must be submitted to this office at least 10 days before the examination date.

Important Instructions:
- The scheduled examination program will not be postponed without prior notice from the commission.
- No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card. Candidates must bring their admit card along with either their Nepali Citizenship Certificate or an original photo identification card issued by a government office.
- Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the exam starts.
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. The use of calculators is also not allowed.
- Only black ink pens/ballpoint pens should be used in the exam. The use of pencils is strictly prohibited in the answer sheet.
- Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given by the examination staff.
- Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any center other than their assigned one.
- Candidates can leave the examination hall only after submitting their answer sheets.
