The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, announces the first phase of the written exam (preliminary test) for the Lekhpal post (Level 4) under the Administration Service at Krishi Bikas Bank, based on advertisement no. 18/2081-82 (open and inclusive). The exam will be held on the date, time, and at the locations mentioned below. This notice is published for the information of all concerned candidates. Candidates who require a scribe (assistant writer) must submit a written request along with a valid reason and supporting documents. The request must be submitted at least 10 days before the exam date, following Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. You must follow all instructions given in Note at the bottom.

4. Bags, phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices are strictly not allowed.
5. Without an admit card, you will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Arrive at least 1 hour before the exam.
6. Carry a valid photo ID (citizenship or government-issued ID) along with your admit card.
7. You must take the exam only at your assigned center.
8. If needed, bring your own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water.
