Agricultural Development Bank Limited – Assistant Level 4 (Accountant Post) Exam Centers Notice
The Public Service Commission (PSC), Jaleshwar Office has released an official notice regarding the first phase (preliminary) written exam for the Lekhpal (Accountant), Level 4 post at Agriculture Development Bank Limited (ADBL), for candidates under Advertisement No. 17/2081-82 (Open and Inclusive category, Madhesh Province).
This notice has been issued to inform all concerned that the examination will be held on the specified date, time, and at the designated exam centers.
Candidates who require a scribe (assistant writer) must submit a written request along with valid reasons and supporting documents, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079, at least 10 days before the exam date.
All candidates must arrive at their assigned exam center at least one hour before the exam begins.

Important Note:-
- The examination as per the scheduled schedule will not be postponed without prior notice from the Public Service Commission.
- Only black ink will be used in the examination.
- The objective exam calculator will not be allowed to be used. OMR answer sheets will be used in the additional examination.
- It is prohibited to carry bags, mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices in the examination building.
- Candidates who have applied for the highly approved application in the advertisement of Madhesh Province Disha and candidates from other provinces will not be included in the examination.
- No candidate will be included in the examination without an admit card.
- Enter by taking your Nepali citizenship or any other identity card with a photo issued by the Government of Nepal – contact letter.
- It is known that the examination is to be held at the examination building at least 1 hour before the examination.
