Notice: CTEVT Diploma Level Semester System Exam Application Form Fill-up
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has recently released a crucial notice regarding the application form fill-up for Diploma Level Semester System Exams. This notice is applicable to both regular and partial students enrolled in diploma programs such as Engineering, Food & Dairy Technology, Information Technology, and Hotel Management.
Important Dates:
- Exam Form Fill-up Last Date: 11th Poush 2080
- Exam Form Fill-up with Late Fee: 19th Poush 2080
Eligibility Criteria:
- Partial Exam Form Eligibility: Students admitted after 2074/2075 (2017 AD)
Application Process:
- Educational institutions must create separate files for regular and special subjects, as well as new and old courses, while submitting the examination application form.
- Fees must be attached to the relevant documents and submitted to the provincial offices of the Council within the specified date.
Exam Fee Structure:
- Regular Basis (with community and council): Rs. 500/-
- Private Educational Institutions: Rs. 2,000/-
- Late Fee: Twice the regular exam fee for provincial students
- Late Fee for Non-entry in the web-based online system within the regular fee time
Payment Process:
- The concerned educational institute must deposit the exam fees in the bank account of the respective state office.
- Upload the gross bank voucher to ITMS Online on the day after the last date of regular fee payment and the last day of late fee payment.
Additional Information:
- Regular/partial exam application forms can be printed from IIMS Online by the schools for candidates registered from the academic session 2074/075 (AD 2017) on yellow A4 size paper.
- Distribution of exam application forms will be done after logging in from the user accounts.
