Responsibilities:
The Senior Finance and Administration Assistant will play a vital role in the ADB-NRM by assisting in financial management, control, reporting, general office administration, logistics, and personnel management follow-ups. Specific responsibilities include:
- Contributing to financial management and control.
- Assisting in reporting functions.
- Managing general office administration and logistics.
- Collaborating with international staff (IS) and senior national staff (NS) as required.
- Other tasks related to finance and administration.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent professional and/or academic qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and general office administration, including logistics.
- Strong numerical abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software for information management and report generation.
- Knowledge of relevant procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
