Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
- Minimum 1 year experience in QC/QA role
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain quality of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Oversee noodles and cheese balls manufacturing processes
- Implement ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 requirements
- Address market complaints related to product quality and safety
- Prepare and submit market inspection reports
- Maintain workplace 5S standards
- Strong communication skills, innovative thinking
- Develop and execute waste management strategies
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
