- Minimum postgraduate degree from a recognized university and at least 5 (five) years of experience at the officer level in the non-life insurance sector.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 45 years.

3. Marketing Assistant, Number – Some
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (with one year of experience in the non-life insurance sector) or
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent (preference will be given to those with experience in the non-life insurance sector)
