Job Description
Required Academic Qualification, Experience, and Training: – +2 with minimum or 2 years proven experience in managing and conducting community based projects having experience on hygiene promotion and WASH related activities in the community.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Participate actively in conducted trainings, workshops, and meetings,
- Mobilize community, WUC members regarding hardware and software activities,
- Organize regular meetings, workshops, sensitization sessions at community level,
- Actively participate in the mapping of community resources and social issues
- Manage the local level meeting, group discussion, and orientation for the activities as per the
- project objective in coordination with the supervisor
- Help facilitate and conduct public hearings and social audits in the communities
- Submit the regular report on events, on a monthly, basis as per the requirement of the project
- Close coordination with all the partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries of this project
- Create and share case stories of best practices every month.
