    • A grace period is available until the 15th of Falgun 2080, with a late fee applicable.
  2. Eligibility Criteria for Class 12 Regular Examinees:
    • Students must have a minimum grade of D in theory and a C grade in internal assessments across all subjects from class 11 to be eligible.
  3. Examination Fees:
    • The standard fee is Rs. 600 per student, increasing to Rs. 1,200 with the late fee.
    • An additional Rs. 75 charge per subject is mandatory for practical examinations.
  4. Payment Instructions:
    • Fees must be deposited directly into the NEB’s account.
    • Late submissions will not be considered.
  5. Examination Centers:
    • Students will be assigned specific examination centers, and no changes will be allowed.
  6. Practical Examinations:
    • Detailed arrangements for practical exams in subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Hotel Management are provided.

    • Internal/practical marks must be entered online before the annual examination to avoid cancellation.
  10. Payment Options:
    • Examination fees can be paid via bank vouchers or digital payment methods such as Connect IPS, e-Sewa, Khalti, and RBB mobile banking.
