Multidimensional Development Society (MPDS) is a non-governmental organization established in the year 2055 (Bikram Sambat) in Dadeldhura, Nepal. Since its inception, MPDS has been working collaboratively with various donor agencies to implement various programs in different sectors across various districts within Sudurpashchim Pradesh. The organization is actively involved in a wide range of programs that cover education, health, environment, agriculture, livestock, income generation, capacity building, governance, poverty alleviation, women’s empowerment, domestic violence reduction, addiction prevention, physical infrastructure, gender inclusion, nutrition, water, and sanitation, income generation, social management, disaster management, human rights, and climate adaptation. MPDS is actively operating various programs in the community, particularly addressing disease control and prevention, including HIV, COVID-19, TB, Malaria.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in project and office management, and budget preparation and execution.
- Knowledge of government tax and VAT regulations.
- Experience with procurement and inventory management.
- Familiarity with online reporting systems, computer applications, MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint, email, and internet.
- Knowledge of FAMAS will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare reports in both English and Nepali.
