Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with sellers and potential sellers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement the growth of the sellers
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to sellers and the management team
  • Keep track of sales data and prepare sales and business development reports
  •  Identify and recommend new product or service offerings to meet the seller’s needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least two years) in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Ability to write clear reports supported by data.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and creating charts/graphs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
