Regular Examinees
- Students who were admitted in 2078 BS and appeared for the first‑year examination for the first time in 2079 BS can fill the regular exam form for the 4th year.
Partial Examinees (Last Chance)
- Students who were admitted in 2074 BS and appeared for the first‑year examination for the first time in 2075 BS will get this as their final opportunity to clear the 4th year partial examinations.
⚠️ Important: Partial examinees must note that this is their last chance. Failure to clear the subjects this time may result in permanent disqualification.
How to Submit the Form
- Online Mode Only – Campuses/colleges must fill the exam forms online through the university’s portal.
- Mention Previous Roll Number – All candidates must compulsorily write their last exam’s roll number in the application form.
- Recent Photograph – A passport‑size photo with a white background (recently taken) is required.
- Print of Admit Card – If a copy of the admit card is needed after the exam starts, students must contact their respective campus.

Important Instructions for Students
- Submit through your campus – Do not send forms directly to the university. All applications must be routed through the respective campus/college.
