TU 4-Years B.Tech (Food) 4th Year Regular and Partial 2082 Exam Form Notice

The Examination Control Office of the concerned university has published a notice regarding the submission of examination application forms for the 4‑Year B.Tech (Food) 4th Year Regular and Partial Examinations to be held in 2082. All eligible students are requested to complete the online form submission through their respective campuses/colleges within the given deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

Regular Examinees

  • Students who were admitted in 2078 BS and appeared for the first‑year examination for the first time in 2079 BS can fill the regular exam form for the 4th year.

Partial Examinees (Last Chance)

  • Students who were admitted in 2074 BS and appeared for the first‑year examination for the first time in 2075 BS will get this as their final opportunity to clear the 4th year partial examinations.

⚠️ Important: Partial examinees must note that this is their last chance. Failure to clear the subjects this time may result in permanent disqualification.

How to Submit the Form

  1. Online Mode Only – Campuses/colleges must fill the exam forms online through the university’s portal.
  2. Mention Previous Roll Number – All candidates must compulsorily write their last exam’s roll number in the application form.
  3. Recent Photograph – A passport‑size photo with a white background (recently taken) is required.
  4. Print of Admit Card – If a copy of the admit card is needed after the exam starts, students must contact their respective campus.

Fee Payment – Bank Account Details (Region‑wise)

The notice specifies separate bank accounts for colleges/campuses in different regions. All fees must be deposited into the government revenue account of the respective region. The voucher (bank deposit slip) must be submitted along with the exam application form (uploaded online by the campus/college).

Important: The voucher must be submitted together with the exam application form. Campuses are responsible for ensuring correct account selection and timely deposit

Important Instructions for Students

  1. Submit through your campus – Do not send forms directly to the university. All applications must be routed through the respective campus/college.
  2. No offline forms – Only online submissions will be accepted. Incorrect or incomplete online forms will be rejected.
  3. Check your eligibility – Regular and partial examinees have different admission year criteria. Double‑check before filling the form.
  4. Keep a copy – Maintain a copy of the submitted form and fee receipt for future reference.
  5. Practical exam and project work – Separate fees apply for practical subjects, field work, term papers, and projects. Ensure you have included all components.
  6. Admit card – After successful submission, the campus will issue the admit card. Contact your campus if you do not receive it before the exam.

What Happens If You Miss the Deadline?

  • After the normal deadline (2083-03-01), a double fee period of 8 days (Asar 04–11) is allowed.
  • No forms will be accepted after the double‑fee deadline under any circumstances.
  • Late applicants will not be able to take the exam.
