Lok Sewa Aayog (PSC) Kharidar Second Phase Exam Centers Published 2082

According to the advertisement numbers 11914–11920/081–82 (open and inclusive categories) published by the Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, for the Justice, Administration, and Federal Parliament Services, candidates who passed the first phase exam for the post of Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent, and chose Kathmandu as their exam center, are hereby informed that the second phase written exam will be conducted on the dates, times, and at the exam centers mentioned below.

Also, candidates who require a scribe (assistant writer) must submit a written request along with the reason and supporting documents at least 10 days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

Important Instructions for Candidates: Notice

1. The exam will not be postponed even if there is an unexpected public holiday on the exam day.
2. Use only a black ink pen for writing answers.
3. Do not bring bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, or other electronic devices to the exam hall.
4. Bring your admit card and arrive at least one hour before the exam starts.
5. Carry a valid photo ID (like a citizenship card or government-issued ID).
6. You are allowed to enter only your assigned exam center.
7. If necessary, bring your own mask, hand sanitizer, and drinking water.
