PSC Butwal – Exam Center Notice for First Phase Written Exam

The Public Service Commission, Butwal Office has announced that the first phase written examination for candidates who applied online under the advertisement number for specific services, groups, sub-groups, and positions will be held at the Butwal exam center. The exam will be conducted on the date, time, and location mentioned earlier in the published exam schedule. This notice is shared to inform all concerned candidates.

Also, candidates who need a support writer must apply to the office at least 10 days before the exam date. The application must include the reason for the request and supporting documents, according to Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.

1. Mechanical Operator Post (General and Inclusive)
   • Date: 2082/03/04
   • First Paper: 1:00 PM (45 minutes)
   • Second Paper: 2:15 PM (2 hours 15 minutes)

Important Instructions for Candidates: Note

1. Candidates must use only a black ink pen (dot pen) to write on the answer sheet.
2. You must arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
3. No one will be allowed to take the exam without an admit card. Along with the admit card, you must also bring your original citizenship certificate or a government-issued photo ID.
4. Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are not allowed inside the exam hall.
5. You must take the exam only at the exam center assigned to you. You cannot attend the exam at any other location.
6. If the exam day happens to fall on an unexpected public holiday, the exam will still take place as scheduled, unless the Commission gives an official notice.
